Cancellation Policy

Our practice policies regarding appointment cancellations, missed appointments, and rescheduling.

Effective immediately, the following policies will apply to all patients:

  • Cancellations and Missed Appointments: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 fee.
  • Late Rescheduling (After Reminder is Sent): Appointment reminders are sent via text approximately 10 hours before your scheduled time. If you choose to reschedule after the reminder has been sent, a $40 fee will apply.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible in those cases — we will review them individually and apply discretion where appropriate.

These policies are intended to help us maintain availability for all patients and reduce last-minute gaps in our schedule.
