Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 fee.
Late Rescheduling (After Reminder is Sent)
Appointment reminders are sent via text approximately 10 hours before your scheduled time. If you choose to reschedule after the reminder has been sent, a $40 fee will apply.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible in those cases — we will review them individually and apply discretion where appropriate.
